Second-level characters tackle threats in this D&D adventure module, the opening chapter of the Dreams of the Red Wizards campaign. Players confront villains from the Forgotten Realms setting through structured encounters. Dungeon Masters access full fifth edition content on PC via Fantasy Grounds. The package delivers image handouts for players, DM-only maps pre-linked to story notes, encounters, and treasures, plus player-ready tactical maps. Monster tokens and searchable indexes by CR, type, or name streamline sessions. XP parcels drag directly to party sheets for easy awards, suiting groups ready for organized RPG strategy play.

Dreams of the Red Wizards

Scourge of the Sword Coast is a D&D adventure designed for 2nd-level characters. This adventure is the first part of the Dreams of the Red Wizards campaign, which continues with the Dead in Thay adventure. Over the course of these two adventures, players can face off with major villains of the Forgotten Realms campaign setting.

"Dreams of the Red Wizards: Scourge of the Sword Coast" (2014), by Tito Leati, Matt Sernett, and Chris Sims, was the adventure for Season 17 of D&D Encounters.

This Module Includes:
  • the entire fifth edition contents of Scourge of the Sword Coast adventure
  • image handouts that can be shared with players collectively or individually
  • maps containing information for the Dungeon Master (DM) only and with all locations pre-linked to story entries which may contain additional DM notes, boxed text, encounters, images and treasure parcels
  • maps with all hidden information removed and resized for use as tactical combat maps
  • tokens for many of the monsters in the module. When no token is available, a letter token is used to represent the NPC
  • XP for encounters that can be dragged to the party sheet and awarded to the players as they complete them
  • Searchable monster indexes by CR, type and in alphabetical order
