HEY KID, THIS LIFE ISN'T FOR EVERYONE.
City folk think they know it all, but managing a farm isn't as easy as it seems. It's a small farm, yes, ideal for a family, but remember that the more you have, the more work you will have.
GROW CROPS.
There isn't much space on the farm, but you will be able to grow potatoes, corn, lettuce, etc. Each crop has its growth time, each component has its purchase price, and every fruit earned by the sweat of your brow has its selling price.
RAISE ANIMALS.
Buy animals, take care of them, give them food and water, and soon you'll be able to sell what they offer. On the farm, everyone works; if you treat your animals well, they will reward you.
TRADE.
Think you know something about economics? The region's economy is completely different from anything you know; it has its own prices and you shouldn't wonder why, you just need to understand it to make money.
You don't get rich on the farm, you live self-sufficiently on the farm; that's all you need to know.
THEM
Sometimes, at night, you will get a visit from "them." Who are "they"? I don't know, but they don't seem like bad guys. I got scared the first time, but once you get used to it, it's like they aren't even there.
DO NOT BOTHER THEM
Seriously kid, I know finding out who "they" are is intriguing, but do not bother them; otherwise, they will start bothering you.
