In this 2-player co-op platformer, you and a friend haul an injured patient on a stretcher through precarious urban environments that grow more complex as you ascend. Physics and momentum disrupt every move, forcing you to carry together, set the stretcher down, or split up to scout ahead while keeping the patient secure. Falls trigger checkpoints, turning mishaps into lessons on balance, timing, and unified motion. Teamwork thrives on in-game voice chat for coordinating leaps and warnings amid the chaos. Speedrun timers, leaderboards, and achievements challenge skilled duos to refine runs and compete. Early access players who crave precise, communication-driven challenges will keep climbing to master the demands.

Carry the Patient is a fun and challenging 2-player co-op platformer where everything can go wrong at any moment. Together with a friend, you must carry an injured patient on a stretcher, climb upward through dangerous platforms, and somehow keep everyone alive.
