You've been living in the insolated north wing of Kasumi inn for a few months while attending university, when all of a sudden you hear a loud thud from the room next to you. As far as you know, there's no one else living in the north wing with you. What you find is a nerdy-looking woman with a dangerously sadistic personality. Having her as your next door neighbor is a dream for masochists, but a nightmare for normal people. Whether or not you end up as your sadistic nerd neighbor's slave is up to you.
