・所属陣営が勝利すると、陣営に所属する全プレイヤーが１００ポイントを獲得できる
・ほか、プレイ時の会話や振る舞いに応じてプレイヤーのポイントは加算・減算される
・最終的な合計ポイントの上位数名が手術を受け助かることができる
