Kobold Tactics is a tactical roguelike RPG inspired by the strategic depth of Dungeons & Dragons, Final Fantasy Tactics, and X-COM: UFO Defense. You play as a cunning, conniving kobold with delusions of grandeur, searching for a new nestāand instead finding yourself in the service of Red, a lazy and imperious dragon who would rather nap than deal with you. Amused and mildly annoyed, Red sends you on what he fully expects to be your final mission.

The game features five core scenarios supported by procedurally generated battles that challenge players to refine their strategies and develop their team over time.
