Procedurally generated levels across Metal Den, Metal Festival, and Hell ensure fresh runs through six levels packed with 15 enemy types and eight guitar bosses. Customize loadouts with over 50 items like guitars, amps, pedals, strings, books, and summons, then select from four characters inspired by Metallica, Iron Maiden, or Black Sabbath. Local co-op lets you team up with a friend, while the mission system unlocks abilities and stat upgrades between runs.
