Church investigators track the strongest curse user, known as the Red Ancestor, in China's Shiling City. A promising newcomer joins a four-person scout team for what starts as a routine mission, but another team wipes out amid expert killing techniques, cursed orphan children, imprisoned men, and a chilling letter bearing the Red Ancestor's seal. This order invokes "Saint Slaughter," a forbidden command from sacred texts.
The indie RPG adventure unfolds through an optimized automatic performance mode on PC, with full voice acting for all characters except the male lead, original music, and Steam achievements. Players follow the story of curses clashing against holy orders in a casual progression suited to narrative-driven exploration.
