James went to Silverpine Lake with his children to go fishing. He never thought ahead. Just made sure they were seated safely on the old rowboat. As long as they never made it back home... to see what he left behind.
James now wakes up in a sealed, unfamiliar room. On one wall: a gaping hole.
They call it The Mouth.
Feed it, and your remaining time goes down.
Eat its food yourself, and time adds back on.
The only thing you can eat? Toothpaste.
Soon, others join you in the room.
You’ll compete with them in twisted quizzes. Winners get toothpaste. Losers get nothing. Tensions rise. Trust collapses.
You don't want to stay here with them for too long. You wonder, will time decrease if you feed 'The Mouth' human limbs?
Gameplay
They Feed Me Toothpaste is a narrative-driven walking simulator with a strong focus on psychological horror and character exploration.
As the player, you won’t just observe James’s story. You’ll piece it together.
Each night, you relive key moments from James’s past, experiencing the slow, haunting build-up to his current imprisonment.
There must be a reason why the others got locked up as well, right? From time to time you'll get to relive their past.
