After the death of Odin, he gathered an army for the sake of Divine-Demon Unification. Eventually forced to go on the run, fate led him to a meeting with a youth named Loki who gifted him the Key of Yggdrasil.
Loki - Tactician of the Azure Flame
A mysterious youth who bestowed Vali with the Key of Yggdrasil and proceeded to become his tactician. With a predilection for strategy that belies his youthful looks, he also shares the same name as the Overlord Loki and shows some similarities to the legendary personage.
