This DLC only includes the new lesbian sex, characters, levels, and competitions, and none of the other stuff. You can turn Lesbian Mode on and play the entire game having sex with your lesbian avatar instead of your guy character.
The new Threesome Mode allows you to pick up two people at once, and have sex with both of them. Have you dreamed of a threesome with a sorority girl and a stoner? How about a party girl and a punk? The choices are endless.
