Players control individual heroes in Guards of Atlantis II, a competitive team-based board game that draws from MOBA computer games. They play cards from their hand to shift heroes across the board, trigger special abilities, and strike foes. Coins gained from beating enemy minions let players purchase levels and hero upgrades, pushing allied minions toward the rival base for victory. This zero-luck strategy simulation overhaul packs 21 fresh heroes and a revamped board, while sharpening original rules for quicker, more focused matches. Teams of 4-8 players aged 16+ dive into 90-150 minute sessions of calculated action and adventure. It suits fans of tight, skill-driven board game rivalries.

About Game

Guards of Atlantis II is a competitive "zero-luck" team-based board game inspired by computer games of the MOBA genre.

In the game, each player controls a single hero and uses a hand of cards to move that hero around the game board, employ special abilities, and attack enemies. Defeating enemy minions earns you coins, which are used to buy levels and upgrade your hero. Your goal is to help your "minions" ā€” units that are not directly controlled by the players ā€” reach the enemy base and capture it.

Guards of Atlantis II is a complete overhaul of the original game with 21 new heroes, new game board and much more. In addition to new content, Guards of Atlantis II streamlines the rules of the original, making it faster and tighter.
