Isaac joins your next Agent Recruit mission in ongoing campaigns, then shows up randomly in future ones for new campaigns. Start with him right away in Custom Games by picking him for your roster. Strategy fans who master risk-reward shooting mechanics will find his grudge-fueled playstyle a perfect fit.
