Burning Instinct - about the game
Play as a baby dragon that hatches from its egg and faces obstacles in a tough sidescrolling platformer. Your dragon levels up, learns new abilities and attacks, and evolves into an adult through a huge connected world packed with over 90 screens. Metroidvania-style secrets fill every corner, alongside powerups and challenging bosses that test your growing skills. Approach conflicts your way in this indie adventure, complete with a level-editor for custom challenges and heavy symbolism woven throughout. Hardcore platforming fans will relish the progression from novice hatchling to powerful beast.

This game is about the journey of a dragon, beginning right from the start: Popping out of the egg!
As a baby dragon, you will encounter many obstacles and difficulties, but as you get more experienced, your dragon gets too. It will learn new abilities, evolve and grow up as you progress.

Burning Instinct is a hard sidescrolling platformer with "Metroidvania"-like aspects. Secrets are hiding in every corner, and challenging bosses await you in over 90 screens of gameplay!
