Grand Strategy SSB delivers scenario and free modes in a strategy simulation focused on modern international conflicts. Scenario mode pits players against enemy and ally units across five maps drawn from real-world tensions, such as clashes over Taiwan, Korean reunification, Senkaku recapture, Ainu independence, and U.S. civil war. Players defend Japan's interests while managing units on dynamic battlefields. Free mode lets you replay these maps endlessly, tweaking starting funds and other settings for varied challenges. In production mode, edit weapon lists for each faction to customize strategies. Strategy simulation fans who enjoy replayable scenarios and unit management will find endless depth here.

Update on the Grand Strategy SSB (大戦略SSB) Steam release

Regarding the postponed release, Steam has identified some content that may be unacceptable in some markets and it is taking time to review the content.
We have made corrections to content that seemed to be sensitive topics and submitted them for review by Steam in June, 2022. However, Steam has yet to contact us to confirm the review has been completed.

Game mode

Daisenryaku SSB has a scenario mode with enemy and ally units on the map, and a free mode where you can change the settings of the map without the initial units!

Battle between China and Taiwan.

Battle between the Korean Reunification Army and the Peacekeeping Army.

Battle between the Self-Defense Forces and the Chinese army.

■アイヌ独立
A three-way battle between Japan, China and Russia.

■米国内戦
Battle between the US regular army and the rebels.

Free mode

You can play the same map as many times as you like by freely changing the settings such as military funds at the start of the map.
In the production type, you can edit the list of weapons produced by each camp.
