Items are randomized and you won’t know what power they hold unless you take them out of the dungeon or clear a combat encounter, turning every decision into a tense choice. Each level deeper into the dungeon multiplies your gold and chances for legendary loot, but enemies are stronger and death erases all. Your power spike is always one floor below.
