Tactical Blitz Fleet is a real-time strategy game of 3D space fleet battles, each fought in ten minutes. As admiral you lead up to ten squads: three flagships apiece, followed by a cloud of dozens to hundreds of escorts. On a battlefield of thousands of ships trading fire, read your enemyâs intent and move your fleet like your own hands.
Fight in three dimensions
ã»Fleets move up and down as well as across. Order where to go, at what height, and which way to face on arrival.
ã»Every ship has a shield on each of its six faces. Getting round to a weakened face decides battles.
ã»Your own ships block your line of fire. Think about where to shoot from when you set your formation.
Stop and think
ã»Pause at any time and build your orders while the battle waits.
ã»Waypoints, rules of engagement (pursue, engage in range, hold) and an energy split between attack, defence, mobility and charge set how each squad fights.
ã»Four difficulty levels.
Read an enemy you cannot see
ã»Enemies stay hidden until your scouts find them. Gunfire gives away only a rough position.
ã»Battleships, cruisers, destroyers, gunships, carriers, scouts and jammers: each class has strengths and weaknesses, and a good fleet covers them.
Three powers, 21 ship classes
ã»The Federation, Valkes and Eshra, each with seven ship types of its own shape and style of fighting.
ã»Earn gold in battle, develop new classes, and set your fleet and formation in the command room before the next fight.
A battle worth watching
ã»The viewing camera puts you right beside a squad: a flagshipâs final blast, escorts vanishing in antimatter light.
