New officers from Nijisanji VTubers Kuzuha, Sister Claire, and Debidebi Debiru join scenarios in Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIV. These unique characters bring distinct profiles: Kuzuha as an idle vampire gamer living off family, Sister Claire aiding the needy and orphans, and Debidebi Debiru plotting humanity's downfall. Select them via the Officer Settings screen in Start New scenarios, then position them on bases or assign to forces for in-game appearances.
This simulation DLC adds fixed officer data that players integrate into their strategies. Officers appear only through specific scenario and placement choices. Fans of tactical officer management in historical simulations will enjoy these collaboration newcomers.
New officers appear in scenarios for the "ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIV" and the "ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIV: Diplomacy and Strategy Expansion Pack Bundle".

Select a scenario from Start New - Select Scenario screen, then select an officer from "Have Orig. Officers Appear" on the Officer Settings screen to have them appear in-game.
From "Position Orig. Officers", by placing the officer on a base, or having them serve a force, they will appear in-game.
