Totally Accurate Battle Simulator scratches the same itch at 80% off if you like your mayhem in wobbly army form.

Want something with actual hooks in it? Grim Dawn is 80% off and 93% positive, a dark, dense action-RPG with one of the best dual-class systems the genre has produced. If you have burned out on the usual loot grinds, this is the underrated one that keeps its playerbase happy for hundreds of hours. Superb value at this cut.

For a change of pace, A Plague Tale: Innocence at 70% off and 93% positive is the classy pick among all this chaos. It is a tense, gorgeous, story-driven stealth adventure about two kids, a plague, and an ocean of rats, and it punches well above its weight. Short, sharp, and unforgettable.

Should You Buy Now or Wait?

Buy without overthinking: People Playground at 90% is pocket change for something you will keep reopening for years, and Grim Dawn at 80% sits right around its usual floor. Warhammer: Vermintide 2 and CODE VEIN are both 90% off, which is about as low as either one goes, so co-op and Soulslike fans can pounce.

The wait candidate is A Plague Tale: Innocence. It is excellent at 70% off, but with a sequel out it does occasionally slide to 80% or deeper during the larger sales, so patient buyers might hold. If you want it this weekend, though, 70% is far from a bad deal.
