Close to three in ten PC games carry a key seller offer alongside the official one, and when both exist the key seller comes out cheaper in more than eight cases out of ten. No other platform comes near that. Add that the median lowest price on PC runs below the site wide median, and you get the one market where the same games genuinely cost less.

A key bought from a seller such as Kinguin, Eneba or Instant Gaming is activated by you on Steam or in the publisher's launcher, and the game lands on your account exactly as if bought directly. The difference is in the aftercare: refunds tend to be harder and some keys carry regional restrictions. That is why we only show offers available in your country and list each store's payment, delivery and refund terms.

Every ranking rests on a single metric. Score lists compute a Wilson score from Steam reviews with a two hundred review floor, so a fresh game with a handful of raves will not outrank a title with a thousand considered ones. Bestseller and wishlist lists mirror Steam's own charts. Discount rankings order games by the size of the cut. We recalculate all of them nightly.

During the big seasonal sales prices at official stores and key sellers converge, so the gap is at its narrowest then. Outside sale season it is the keyshops that go lowest. Rather than checking daily, open the page of the game you want, look at the chart to see how low the price has gone before, and set a price alert. We check offers every five minutes.
